Société Imaginaire is an undertaking aimed at cultural dialogue between and among people regardless of their ethnic, social, political or religious background in the name of a better, more peaceful world. It is an undertaking that brings together like-minded people through the arts and promotes a continuous dialogue on the development of culture.

no más fronteras are projects of the Société Imaginaire dedicated to overcoming borders – not only physical ones but also the imperceptible borders in the minds of people. It is an ongoing project involving local actions/events where the ideals of the SI are implemented either on political borders directly or on those borders apparent in societies and within communities.

Helmets for Peace are projects of the Société Imaginaire which aim to show that increasingly, soldiers nowadays have a different purpose and role as peacekeepers rather than their outdated image as destroyers and conquerors. Through these projects the SI extends its goals of communication by bringing together the military and civilian communities through art.

Global Artists for Peace is a new initiative of the Société Imaginaire which intends to build a community and bring people together utilizing modern technologies and especially social networks. It is an association that aims to identify people with shared values and encourages a continuous dialogue through art projects that represent overcoming borders and a peaceful global spirit.

Borderless – a specialized social network of the Société Imaginaire used as a virtual gathering place and discussion board.

Honorary Global Citizen of the Société Imaginaire – a (numbered) title given to all those who identify themselves with the ideals of the Société Imaginaire and are supporting the “global army” (the soldiers taking part in peacekeeping operations around the world).
